XCTAT (Xing Chan Tai·Anodes Technology(Beijing) Co.,Ltd.) is a new and high technology enterprise with a blend of research, development, manufacture and trade, which Located in the center of CBD Beijing, China. XCTAT specialized in manufacture and sales Magnesium alloy, Magnesium anode and other series of Magnesium products according to ASTM. Although international standards exist for the chemical composition of both magnesium ingots and magnesium anode, XCTAT has established our own strict internal specifications and inspection procedures for operation, production and quality control. We have established a state-of-the-art Quality Assurance (QA) laboratory that allows us to conduct quality inspections on our raw material and each batch of products-magnesium ingot and anode. Our success in delivering consistent and superior quality products relies on our ability to implement rigorous quality assurance procedures. The end product is the most advanced product available in the industry.
Main test methods and techniques as follows:
1.Chemical composition test methods: The chemical composition of our products and raw magnesium is determined by means of spectrum analysis and chemical analysis. To ensure the measurement accuracy, most of advanced testing instruments are used including ARL3460. Foundry Spectrometer, Baird FSQ Foundry Spectrovac with HR-400 Source, and computer controlled emission spectrographs are used in our QA laboratories.
2.Electrochemical Properties Test Methods: The electrochemical properties of anodes are tested as ASTM G97. This test can accurately evaluate the open circuit voltage and current efficiency of the magnesium anode. Furthermore, on-line testing methods are used ensure the quality of our products.
3.Chemical Composition Test of Magnesium Alloy (Anode): Three tests for each batch during the pouring stage are performed by our QA Lab which include:

ASTM specifications for alloy chemical composition are applied to ensure the optimum chemistry for anode efficiency and to insure chemistry integrity.
4.Electrochemical Properties Product Tests: Several on-line tests are taken during the casting as per factory standards. One sample product from each processed batch is taken to the QA Lab. Open circuit voltage and current efficiency is tested as per ASTM specification G97.
5.Casting Parameters Control: Casting Parameters are continuously checked in-house to control production variables. The dimensions of each cast mould are checked before pouring.
Each anode is weighed after finishing, and is inspected for excessive shrink cavities, core security and general physical appearance to insure the highest quality of the finished product.
6.Quality Control On-Line: Products are randomly taken and sent to third parties to perform independent tests for chemical composition, electrochemical properties and weight every year.
